All Saints Anglican Cathedral
Reaching Long Beach and Beyond with the transforming love of Jesus Christ
Welcome
Welcome to All Saints Anglican Cathedral.
Whether you have been attending for a few weeks, have followed Jesus for many years, or are still exploring what you believe, you are welcome here. We hope you will discover a church family where you are welcomed, challenged, nourished, and sent.
Our primary identity is that of followers of Jesus Christ. We are not Anglicans who happen to follow Jesus; we are followers of Jesus who follow him within the Anglican way, rooted in Holy Scripture, the Great Tradition of the Church, and the historic faith once delivered to the saints.
Our mission is to build a church community that glorifies God, follows Jesus, and is empowered by the Holy Spirit for mission to reconcile a broken world to God. We drink deeply from one river with three streams: Scripture, our authoritative guide in faith and life; Sacraments, God’s ordinary means of grace that nourish and strengthen us; and Spirit, the presence and power of God enabling holy living and faithful mission.
It would be a privilege to worship with you and meet you.
May you experience God’s “Never Stopping, Never Giving up, Unbreaking, Always and Forever Love.”
— Fr. Scott
Our Location
We’re located in an historic building in the Belmont Heights neighborhood of East Long Beach.

Visiting a church can feel unfamiliar. We want to make your first Sunday as simple and welcoming as possible. Come as you are, and do not worry if the service or Anglican patterns are new to you. People around you will be glad to help.
Our service follows an historic and time-tested form. Taken from our Book of Common Prayer, it connects us with our brothers and sisters across time and space.
The service booklet contains all the words you will need: from the spoken responses to the lyrics we sing.

Children and youth are not simply the future of the Church; they are part of the Church now! We offer warm, safe, and joyful spaces where young people can encounter God’s love through care, play, prayer, and the stories of faith.
We love having children in worship, and youth play an integral role in helping to lead our worship. Jesus said, “Let the children come to me” (Matthew 19:4). Their voices and movements are part of our life together.
Family Ministries joyfully provide classes for young people of all ages. During Discipleship hour, from 9:15-10:15, youth gather for a time of fellowship and catechesis.
For the 10:30am service:
Ages 1-6: drop off in the Children’s Wing starting at 10 a.m. Parents pick up children during the Peace (between the Ministry of the Word and Ministry of Holy Communion) so families can be together for Communion.
Grades 1-5: after the opening part of the service, children are invited to the front to receive a blessing and go out for their own homily, returning at the Peace.
On Fifth Sundays of the month, we enjoy “Family Worship” when the children of all ages remain in the main service the entire time.

Street parking is available in the neighborhood all around our parish home. Look particularly along Termino Ave. and Colorado St.
Our parish is ADA accessible from the street, to the sidewalk, and into the sanctuary with an easy to access ADA ramp on the Colorado St. side entrance through St. Mary’s Chapel.

Keep an eye out for the Welcome Table near the sidewalk along Termino Ave.
Approaching the parish from Termino Ave., guests can proceed through the front red doors to enter our sanctuary.
Those requiring a ramp for entrance are welcome to approach from the Colorado St. side of the building through the door to St. Mary’s Chapel.

In our historic property, restrooms are located through the gate facing Termino Ave. and then through the doors directly across the courtyard patio. Upon entering the building, the restrooms will be on the right.
